Programming. Our CATI, web and multi-mode surveys are programmed in-house which gives you the ability to test your survey prior to launching. For web and multi-mode surveys we can customize the way it looks to fit your company’s branding.
Sample. It comes from many different sources, depending on your needs. For phone studies we are able to provide the proper mix of purchased landline and cell sample. If you would like to do your interviewing via web, we can provide panel, email lists, or a combination for multi-mode studies. As always client lists can be used for all interviewing methods for specific targeting.
Fielding. Launching your survey takes expertise and daily management. During the fielding process we will manage sample, watch quotas and check the data to ensure your goals are met.
